Users may purchase access to webinars using Stripe or PayPal. School districts may also submit purchase orders to pay by check. All purchases are final once access is granted. Refunds are only offered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Schoolpsych.com.

3. Webinars and Professional Development

The webinars on Schoolpsych.com are designed for professional development purposes only. They are not intended to serve as legal, clinical, or medical advice. Schoolpsych.com is a NASP-Approved Provider. Attendees will receive a certificate documenting NASP-Approved CPD credit for each Schoolpsych.com webinar they complete.

4. Use of Materials and Intellectual Property

Users may download materials associated with webinars for personal use only. Distribution, reproduction, or public sharing of these materials is not permitted unless prior written permission is granted. All webinar recordings and content are the intellectual property of Schoolpsych.com and are protected by copyright law. Recording, redistributing, or sharing any webinar content in any form is strictly prohibited. Recording, redistributing, sharing, or displaying any webinar content, including showing it to others who have not registered, is strictly prohibited.

5. Communication

By creating an account or downloading free resources, you agree to receive email communications related to your account, webinar access, certificates, and occasional marketing emails from Schoolpsych.com.
