2. Learner Cancellations / Registration Changes

Because Schoolpsych.com webinars are digital, on-demand products with immediate access, learner cancellations after purchase generally do not apply.

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis when submitted promptly after purchase. Circumstances that may be considered include:

  • Duplicate purchases
  • Billing errors
  • Accidental purchases
  • Technical issues preventing reasonable access to webinar content
  • Other exceptional circumstances reviewed by Schoolpsych.com
