Accommodations Policy

Schoolpsych.com is committed to providing accessible, inclusive, and equitable continuing education opportunities for all learners. We make reasonable efforts to provide accommodations that allow participants to fully access and engage in our webinars.
1. Built-In Accessibility Features
To support accessibility for all learners, Schoolpsych.com designs webinars with accessibility in mind whenever possible. This includes:
- Subtitles/captions provided in all webinars
- Online, on-demand access that allows learners to pause, replay, and review content at their own pace
- Digital webinar materials, when applicable
- Clear written instructions and webinar information
2. Requesting Accommodations
Learners who need accommodations are encouraged to contact Schoolpsych.com. Accommodation requests may be submitted by emailing support@schoolpsych.com.
When making a request, learners should describe the accommodation(s) they are requesting and provide any relevant webinar details so we can respond appropriately.
While we make every effort to respond as quickly as possible, some accommodation requests may require up to two (2) weeks to arrange and implement, particularly if they involve additional coordination or third-party services. Learners are encouraged to submit requests as early as possible.
3. Examples of Accommodations
Depending on the individual need, accommodations may include, when reasonable:
- Captioning support (already included in webinars)
- Accessible electronic materials
- Other reasonable accommodations based on individual circumstances
4. Response Process
Schoolpsych.com will review accommodation requests promptly and communicate directly with the learner regarding available options, timelines, and any arrangements being made. We will make reasonable efforts to have accommodations in place before the learner accesses the webinar whenever feasible.
5. Advance Notice
Advance notice is needed for accommodation requests that require additional coordination or third-party services. To help ensure accommodations can be implemented in a timely manner, learners should submit requests at least two (2) weeks in advance whenever possible. Early requests help us provide the best possible support.
6. Ongoing Commitment
Schoolpsych.com regularly reviews webinar delivery practices and learner feedback to improve accessibility and create learning experiences that are learner-centered, engaging, and inclusive.
7. Policy Review
This policy is reviewed periodically and may be updated as needed to reflect changes in business operations. The current version will be maintained on the Schoolpsych.com website.
